※ 협의 내용 ※

 1, 우즈베키스탄과 한국 기업의 협력 체계 구축

 1) GMCA의 협력 방안(MOU)을 사전에 작성하여 우즈벡 대사관에 제시함.

주요 내용은

- 양국 기업 간 경제교류 및 협력 지원

- 무역, 투자, 기술 이전, 창업 등에 관한 공동사업 발굴 및 추진

- 세미나, 포럼, 전시회, 박람회 등 비즈니스 교류 행사 공동 개최

- 청년 및 여성 기업인의 국제 활동 참여 확대 및 지원

- ODA, 국제조달 사업 등 국제개발협력 사업의 공동 기획 및 수행

- 기타 양 기관이 합의한 사업 및 활동

2) MOU의 사업 내용에 대하여 우즈벡 측도 공감하였으며, Alisher 대사가 2025년 6월6일

본국으로 귀국하여 관계부서(산자부 등)와 구체적 사항을 협의하여 우즈벡정부의 안을 제시 하여 7 월 초에 점식으로 우즈 벡 인사와
GMCA 측 관계자들이 참석하여 서명식을 갖기로 합의함.

2. 기타 협의 사항

 1) MOU 체결 후, 우즈벡의 대사관에서는 우즈벡 기업 협회와 상호 협력하여 성과를 이룰 수 있도록 적극 협력하겠다고 함.

2) 우주벡 기업이 한국 기업과 교류를 위해, 수출입 플렛폼 구축사업을 ODA 사업으로 진행될 수 있도록 GMCA에서 협조를 요청.

3) 한국 중소기업의 우즈베키스탄 진출을 위한 콘텐츠 제작

4) 양국 공동 포럼/세미나 정기 개최

5) 우즈벡 중소기업 교육 프로그램 (오프라인, 온라인) 요청 제안

6) 대사관 및 투자기관 인물 인터뷰, 투자 환경 소개 콘텐츠 개발 지원

7) 우즈베키스탄 특집 페이지를 GMCA 웹사이트 내 개설 예정

8) 타슈켄트 IT- 파크와 협력하여 기업 인큐베이터 설립 지원 ODA 사업 지원요청

9) 우즈베키스탄 수출기업의 한국 전시회 참가 지원

10) 우즈벡 기업 제품의 한국 e- 마켓에 진출할 수 있도록 방안 강구 및 협조 요청

※ Summary of Discussions ※

1. Establishment of a Cooperation Framework between Uzbek and Korean Enterprises

1. Preliminary MOU Proposal by GMCA:
   GMCA presented a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to the Embassy of Uzbekistan. Key provisions include:

• Promoting economic exchange and cooperation between businesses in both countries

• Identifying and implementing joint projects in areas such as trade, investment, technology transfer, and entrepreneurship

• Co-hosting business events such as seminars, forums, exhibitions, and trade fairs

• Supporting the international engagement of youth and women entrepreneurs

• Joint planning and implementation of international development cooperation projects, including ODA and international procurement

• Other cooperative activities as mutually agreed upon

2. Response from the Uzbek Side:
   Ambassador Alisher expressed agreement with the proposed MOU content. He will return to Uzbekistan on June 6, 2025, to
   consult with relevant government departments (e.g., Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade) and present an official proposal.
   It was agreed that a formal signing ceremony will be held in early July, with attendance from both Uzbek representatives and GMCA officials.

2. Additional Agreements

1. Following the MOU signing, the Embassy of Uzbekistan will actively facilitate collaboration with Uzbek business associations to ensure tangible outcomes.

2. GMCA requested support for initiating a Korea-Uzbekistan export/import platform project under the ODA framework.

3. Production of promotional content to assist Korean SMEs entering the Uzbek market.

4. Agreement to hold regular joint forums and seminars between the two countries.

5. Proposal for educational programs for Uzbek SMEs (offline and online formats).

6. Support for developing promotional content, including interviews with embassy and investment agency officials and overviews of Uzbekistan’s investment climate.

7. GMCA will create a special feature page on its website dedicated to Uzbekistan.

8. Request for ODA support in establishing a business incubator in cooperation with Tashkent IT Park.

9. Support for Uzbek exporters to participate in trade exhibitions held in Korea.

10. Request for assistance in helping Uzbek products enter the Korean e-market.
