【 KOVECA(한베경제문화협회)와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결 】

사단법인 한베경제문화협회(KOVECA)(서울시 중구 필동로 37 평강빌딩 303호)와 사단법인 글로벌경영컨설팅협회(GMCA) (서울시 용산구 두텁바위로 60길 49)
(이하 "양 기관"이라 한다)는 상호 신뢰와 협력을 바탕으로 베트남 비즈니스 진출 및 글로벌 네트워크 확대를 위한 상호 협력 체계를 구축하고자 다음과 같이 업무 협약을 체결한다.

제 1조 (협약 목적)

본 협약은 "양 기관"이 베트남 비즈니스 관련 공동 사업 발굴, 정보 교류, 네트워크 확대 등을

통해 상호 이익을 도모하고 지속 가능한 협력 관계를 구축하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

제 2조 (협력 내용)" 양 기관"은 다음 각 호의 사항에 대하여 상호 협력한다.

1. 베트남 시장 진출을 위한 공동 프로그램 기획 및 운영

2. 베트남 비즈니스 정보 및 네트워크 공유

3. 글로벌 컨퍼런스, 포럼, 세미나 등 공동 개최

4. 회원의 글로벌 역량 강화 교육 및 컨설팅 지원

5. 기타 양 기관이 필요하다고 인정하는 공동 협력 사업

제 3조 (역할 분담)

1. "한베경제문화협회" 는 한베경제문화협회 회원의 베트남 진출을 위한 인프라 제공, 회원사

연계, 홍보 및 참여 확대를 담당한다.

2. "글로벌 경영컨설팅협회" 는 글로벌 경영 및 해외 비즈니스 관련 전문 컨설팅, 교육,

네트워크를 기반으로 협력 사업을 기획 및 운영한다.

제 4조 (협력 기간)

본 협약의 유효기 간은 체결 일로부터 3년으로 하며, 양 기관이 협의하여 연장할 수 있다.

제 5조 (기타사항)

1. 양 기관은 본 협약 이행 과정에서 알게 된 상대 기관의 기밀 정보 및 자료를 제 3자에게

누설하지 않으며, 협약 종료 이후에도 이를 준수한다.

2. 본 협약에 명시되지 않은 사항은 상호 협의를 통해 결정한다.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

This Memorandum of Understanding is made on June 2, 2025, between:

• The Korea-Vietnam Economic and Cultural Association (303, Pyeonggang Building, 37, Pildong-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul), and

• The Global Management Consulting Association (49, Duteopbawi-ro 60-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul),

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “both parties”), based on mutual trust and cooperation, for the purpose of establishing a collaborative system to
support business expansion into Vietnam and to enhance global networking.

Article 1 (Purpose of the Agreement)
The purpose of this MoU is to establish a sustainable cooperative relationship by promoting mutual benefits through joint project development,
information exchange, and network expansion related to business opportunities in Vietnam.

Article 2 (Scope of Cooperation)
Both parties agree to cooperate in the following areas:

1. Planning and operating joint programs for entry into the Vietnamese market

2. Sharing information and networks related to Vietnam business

3. Co-hosting global conferences, forums, and seminars

4. Supporting education and consulting for enhancing members' global competencies

5. Other cooperative projects deemed necessary by mutual agreement

Article 3 (Division of Roles)

1. The Korea-Vietnam Economic and Cultural Association shall be responsible for providing infrastructure, connecting member companies, promoting,
   and expanding participation for its members’ entry into Vietnam.

2. The Global Management Consulting Association shall plan and operate cooperative projects based on its expertise in global management,
   overseas business consulting, education, and networking.

Article 4 (Term of Agreement)
This agreement shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of signing and may be extended upon mutual agreement of both parties.

Article 5 (Miscellaneous)

1. Both parties shall not disclose any confidential information or materials obtained during the course of cooperation to any third party,
   and this obligation shall remain in effect even after the termination of this agreement.

2. Any matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be determined through mutual consultation.
